Our levels are age-guided, not age-restricted — every child develops at their own pace, and levels are there to guide the learning journey, not to sort children into fixed age groups. Here's how it's structured for kids and for adults.

Baby Classes

6 months – 3 years

Water-familiarisation classes for babies and toddlers, building comfort and confidence in the water.

Learn to Swim

7 stages

A structured, seven-stage pathway from first water confidence to independent swimming.

Stroke Development

1 level

Mini Squad — for young swimmers who've completed Learn to Swim and are ready to refine technique across all four strokes.

Adults Learn to Swim

For adults learning to swim from scratch — building water confidence and the basics of floating and breathing, without judgement.

Adults Intermediate

Refining technique, correcting old habits, and building the comfort to swim continuous lengths.

Adults Advanced

Stroke correction and fitness-focused sessions for adults swimming regularly and training toward distance or speed.

Founder & Senior Coach

Founder of The Neptune Club, with a Master's in PE and Sports and 16 years of swim teaching experience across Portugal, Germany, and Dubai.

Ivan Abreu

Senior Coach

Former international-level competitive swimmer, with coaching experience at an Olympic training centre in Hamburg, Germany.
